I am into bicycle racing. The Tour de France is on now. On the teams their is ONE leader, everyone works for him. Others may get an occasional chance at glory, but at the end of the day they know who the Main Man is going to be.

I don’t think enough has been said about Lewis Hamilton and his tire management abilities.
