Ugggg. The first time, I confess, that I did a cleanse it was the worst most torturous thing of all time. Now (I am on one right now) by about 18 hours in I can tell that my body is understanding we are doing the "reset" again. I don't do cleanses all the time, like maybe a 3 day "reset" every 4-6 months or so…
