And right there is why you are failing at this discourse. You need to understand the difference between being racist and systematic racism. This is a very very clear distinction and needs to be addressed in order for people to move forward and actually do something.
Racism: a belief or doctrine that inherent

Stop dodging.
I never said institutional racism. So you cannot use that since you fail to address the point I made.

So you claim that there is no legal precedent? Ignoring facts much?

Nobody said systematic oppression. Not me, not the dictionary, nobody. You literally cannot use that as a defense if the claim is NOT institutional racism. Come back when you learn the difference.

So according to you I should NOT find any case law right? Certainly there are no examples which explicitly refute that are there? Come on now be honest. If I can cite court cases in which white people have been the subject of racism, will you withdraw your argument?

You have failed to demonstrate how it is false.
Consider the following:
I am Racist and (If You’re White) You Probably Are, Too
Yes, All White People Are Racists
When you bring up race in a discussion that is not about race, has nothing to do with race, and never was ever about race, then all you have done is smokescreen

Not true. Not true at all. Any race can be a victim of racism. It doesn't matter what form of racism it is, it is still racism. Remember, the definitions you were given indicate what defines racism. Further, the only definition in which power can be used is the institutional racism. Which is a very specific

It kind of does. White people can be victims as much as black people.

Seeing as how racist and racism mean two different things, it really does become a matter of semantics.
Racist: a person who believes that a particular race is superior to another.
Racism: the belief that all members of each race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race, especially so as to

Oh right, one more thing: Black people and women can practice institutional racism as well. The point I made about that stands as well. You only apply it to white people and men but fail to account for situations and societies which practice institutional racism when white people are the minority.

Incorrect. I said racist not racism.
If I was talking about racism as a societal structure, then we would be in agreement, though I would be quick to point out that this applies to all societies, be it african nations which oppress minority whites, Japanese oppressing minority Koreas (And vice versa) or even Han

It's only stupid because you apply racism ONLY to white people. You apply sexism ONLY to men.
You've failed to show how anyone is racist or sexist. Instead, you use the allegation and never expect people to take you to task. My point stands that the ones acting sexist towards anyone is the writer Devin, acting like a

But it is true. And if it is true based upon observation, then it remains pertinent.

Watching people bend over backwards to make it about female casting is painful.

Let's rip this bit apart shall we?
The origin of the saying doesn't matter. If the logic is sound, then the saying is sound. The point remains that those who inject race into a conversation do in fact have specific racially driven agendas to push. Those agendas favor one race over another and do hold the view that one

There is a saying that you can usually tell a racist or sexist by if they bring it up and make the conversation all about that. This discussion was very clearly in the fandom and remake grounds until you showed up.
So, with that in mind, you are a racist and a sexist. You don't care about civil dialogue, nor do you

Guy makes no remark about the actors other than to compliment them. He states outright his reasoning which is VERY well grounded, he concludes simply that this is part of an ongoing backlash against laziness in hollywood, and his message gets ignored and once again messages opposite to what he said gets dragged in.
Pat

As a long time fan of Doug Walkers work, I saw this coming since his production studio made the switch to reinacting various scenes from the movie in order to still make a review without constantly getting hit with copyright claims.
I've had that happen quite a few times on my own videos.
