WORD on #3! It is SO frustrating watching my husband skip carbs for a couple of days, work out a few times and drop ten or so pounds. In the same vein, watching him at the gym bust out 600-700 calories on the treadmill no prob while I sweat and strain to reach 400. It sucks.

My main issue, though, is that in every single interview I have seen given by people who were close to him (Lisa Marie Presley, etc), they VEHEMENTLY deny that anything bad was happening. Absolutely deny it. You would think, if the accusations were true, these people would have done everything they could to distance

Pretty much exactly what I was thinking.

NO! Oh my god I couldn't believe that either!

No, I'm not kidding. Most parents can't afford camps and clubs. This is a luxury. The vast majority of families have two parents working and don't have someone staying home to watch the kids while they explore the neighborhood. Child care is boarder-line usury. Huge chucks of time off from school is a huge burden for

I see kids like this every single day in my job. They get pregnant, drop out of high school, get on benefits, get into drugs/alcohol, get their kids taken away, then they never seem to get back on their feet again. Of course, the "fathers" of these children they have are no where to be found. It is really sad, and

I want to see that one. I watched one Intervention where the guy started DRINKING the HAND SANITIZER in his hospital room where he was being kept under observation from KIDNEY FAILURE. I have NO idea how the producers didn't intervene. I absolutely could not have stood by and watched someone do that to themselves.

Oh no, I totally get it. Your pant rant is my plus sized clothes suck rant. It's cool.

They were Levi's in the plus size department at Dillard's.

Ok, this isn't totally apropos to the article, but I don't get the pants thing. I hear tall people bitch about this all the time, but it seems to me like all the pants are made for them. Case in point, last time I tried on a pair of "average" jeans, the inseam was so long the pants pooled around my feet. I would have

Nice of you to generalize hundreds of thousands of people. We aren't all assholes down here.

Yes to all of this! I would go a step further and also say that school should be 8-5 Monday - Friday all year 'round just like all the Mamas' and Daddies' jobs. This would also prepare kids for the realities of working life, and it could eliminate homework (do it at school at the end of the day).

Thanks for this. Now I feel a migraine coming on.

Start with an off-dry white like Chablis or Savingon Blanc. Stay in about the $10-$12 range - don't spend more than you can or want to though. You don't want to go full tilt sweet kool aid crap if you really want to start liking wine, but I wouldn't recommend jumping into a super dry Cabernet right off the bat,

As someone who also enjoys a frosty glass of Chardonnay after a long day's work and is getting tired of Woodbridge, I will give this a shot. Thanks!

I will join you as well. I just got married, and while we got a SHIT TON of gifts, it meant more to me if a person showed up. I'm much happier about my close friends who traveled to come to my wedding but didn't bring a gift, than I am the people who couldn't be bothered to make the hour drive, but had stuff shipped

That is HI-larious! Love it!

I am 35 and these articles make me TERRIFIED of having a baby. Which is unfortunate, as I am newly married and my husband really wants a baby. These stories just make it sound so... so... AWFUL.

Yeah, I agree. I mean, it seems like a funny joke, you know. Especially the thing about the monkey. I wanted to meet that person!

I am 35 years old and I have never worn a bikini. Never. Not even for a second in a dressing room. I think that is about to change.
