Yes Dairy and Soy are probably the WORST offenders. Try off of it. It can be subtle at first so you need at least 2 weeks. Good luck and let us know !
Well, you can definitely develop a sensitivity to dairy, even as an adult.
I agree. I think the part of Paleo movement that is great is that it's popularizing the notion of decreasing inflammation through foods. Good for you for curing your asthma- I do notice that a lot!
