People look at me weird because I refuse to say the pledge of allegiance because I don’t like any vows to a country. I’m a HS Social Studies teacher and loyalty oaths irritate me and make me fearful of it contributing to nationalism and improper jingoistic “patriotism.”

I know there were some real issues with the recent Revelry event mucking up PvP (and it probably didn’t ever need to be enabled there) but it made the game extremely satisfying for a couple weeks and all it included was allowing us to have virtually no cooldowns on one of our minor abilities at a time.
