You’re mistaking velocity for speed. If anyone had mentioned velocity, you’d be spot on. But speed is not a vector.
I doubt this very much. Making it quieter is fairly easy. The cost to do so however is I’m sure not worth it. So its a $$$ not a regulation thats killing it.
