Cops should stop being issued guns for routine duties. If something needs firearms response, they should call SWAT. Most police duties do not require a cop to be armed.

I was at a track day in April where some dipshit was ranting about how no one will want to be cops anymore if they can get sent to jail for killing someone. If any cop wants out because they’re held accountable for their actions, they shouldn’t have been cops in the first place.

nothing about a kid with an antifreeze jug should make any rational person jumpy. That officer is unfit for society

No shit. If the cops are that jumpy they need to be in another line of work.

Traffic stops should not receive the death penalty.

I have free supercharging for life, that does not mean I can take up a spot and block others from supercharging. I feel like the solution is to not be a dick and pay the “idling” fees. The energy is free, not the parking spaces.

I feel like most people who say things like “it’s too heavy to be a fun dynamic drive” have never driven one in anger. The dual motor actually feels very light on its feet. They are a ton of fun and very eager. Also, the Model 3 dual motor is 150lbs heavier than an M3. Does an M3 become too heavy with someone in the

The bullshit fees writer #1 ran into should be considered false advertising, but I can’t see any legal action on their part being worthwhile. Tell that dealership to get bent and take your business elsewhere if you don’t want to get screwed.

Dude... don’t you know that the market will just regulate itself, man. /s

Look, I don’t want to be the guy who always talks about consumer rights, but why is this tolerated so often in the USA? In a lot of developed countries, falsely advertising a cheap type of car as an expensive type of car is a pretty clear-cut crime and people get punished for that kind of thing. Sometimes even prison.

While your statement is true, this does not have a “boat engine.” Also, show me another “700+ hp [speed]boat” that cannot get up on plane.

I read this and I still cannot tell what “running condition” may have caused two different teams to suffer this circumferential break on the same tire position. Is Pirelli really thinking that it is enough to say the running condition “can” cause this failure, which is a very far cry from “did” cause this failure. The

What’s the ‘bullshit’ about the 13" tires that’s so garbage? The tires have been used and tested for 25 years.

Neutral: How are you?

Only 770lbs on the bed? Where will the average ‘merican’s spouse sleep then?

Dipping your car looks like a really terrible idea. Why do people do it?

Another thing is that the headlights on these new trucks seem to be exactly eye height for anyone in a standard sedan, hatch, etc. I drive and E46 and when newer trucks pass by, especially the latest GM trucks, they blind me in a way that most other vehicles do not.

Notice they target the tall lifted vehicles for ease of extraction.

The real reason this won’t be sold in Europe is tax. Yes, the Escape is sold in Europe, but its built in Spain. They will not be tooling up the factory to build this too, they wouldn’t sell enough to justify it. Importing this from the USA would attract too much duty at put the price point closer to the Ranger. Which
