I am amused by the number of commentators who are rudely accusing Clio of rudely offending the mental ill while simultaneously rudely declaring that the rude, mentally-ill, ex-friend’s rude behavior was rude and that such rudeness should not be tolerated. To quote the great Tyra Banks, “There’s no excuse for rudeness.”
Well put, Andi. It would have been acceptable for the author to question the accuser’s actions or call out the accuser’s behavior prior to the accuser dropping a drama-bomb. Afterwards? Nope. Bug out.
