Alright, totally made it up!
Alright, totally made it up!
Andrew, quick question: I’ve seen you throughout the years on here (and actually not sure if you also were on KSK)... you went to Penn or did I misremember/invent that?
Apropos of weird shit: I haven’t been back to the US in a couple years and just this year have been able to watch the NFL live with my father-in-law’s TV package. Although the audio is in Spanish, the image rights are the same so you see all the same teasers and vignettes.
Trump isn’t going to win, Hillary will be elected and spend four years fighting off rabid Congressional inquiries. But this election is a harbinger of things to come. Whether on purpose or not (I think it’s unintentional), Trump has weathered more scandals by number than any candidate I can remember or have studied.…
If you emphasize everything you emphasize nothing. And Trump has been insanely good at manipulating that fact.
We already knew he had lost a staggering amount of money. His companies have filed for various bankruptcies. That isn’t new information. Do you think any of the Big Four ever thought otherwise? He’s lost millions and millions. What’s new is that Joe Sixpack is learning about carry-forward losses.
I dunno, if you slow it down it looks like his glove might have malfunctioned and was too sticky.
I don’t live in the US, so I had to download the first episode of Luka Magnotta. I am totally disappointed and shocked at what passes muster for a good show these days. The soundtrack was even worse.
Dude, this actually made me sad... keep your head up! Sorry if I’ve been too harsh with you in the other thread...
Check out the Annenberg communication’s major! I appreciate your response, but I hope this can be a life-lesson for you.
I’m a socio of Real Madrid, but even I groan at the early fixtures. So reading about Athletic and Villarreal as substitutes for the NFL is even less interesting to me. Then I saw the Mystery Science Theater option (which I don’t have here in Europe, but also don’t have the worry of being sued for downloading media)…
The problem is that this is his least egregious fault. There are half a dozen things he’s done this past fortnight that merit more attention than this. He’s literally right when he said he had a duty to minimize his tax burden. But all you rubber-neckers think this is more important than his lack of self-control in…
I loathe Trump, but this smug—counterfactual—attitude is partially responsible for his rise. It’s akin to the hegemonic, dynastic candidate calling the douche’s followers “deplorables”. If you want Clinton to win, you should shun this type of comment.
So, I graduated from Penn in 2004 with Ivanka. Let me quibble: Penn absolutely gives preference to legacy candidates (and from under-represented states, ethnicities, etc.), but she didn’t “claim” a degree from Penn because of her dad. She earned it, if she graduated.
Wot?
There was a great article in The Economist a few weeks ago about “post-truth politics”.
Good, I hope it hurt like hell.
Wow, Mr Hasselhoff’s meltdowns are getting sadder and sadder.
Yeah, I don’t know. What annoys me but is totally understandable is the standing over the now-slack player. Football shouldn’t be binary. I know everyone is keyed-up, but there’s no way the defender didn’t know he caused serious harm. Yet he stands over him. And it’s understandable in the culture that’s pressed into…
If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my nearly two decades in Spain, it’s that I have millions of cousins. So, welcome aboard!
