1. CBP don’t care what judges say. They have, en masse, claimed to be reporting directly to the President and no one else. There is no chain of command. Each CBP unit at each airport is basically a discrete terrorist cell with no respect for the rule of law.

And the Marshals were already asked to serve the CBP with a TRO at another airport yesterday; the CBP refused to say who present was responsible, so they couldn’t be served.
