I would say it’s likely the angle of the camera/screen. In the Dell, if the screen is positioned at 90 degrees, half the picture is the keyboard. You’d then have to awkwardly adjust the screen angle to get a decent camera angle, reducing the quality of the viewing angle. With the Huawei, I would think the camera angle…
Not for Chromecast. Any service can use the Google Cast SDK to enable their content to be streamed over a Chromecast device.
As a note, though, you can say, for example, “remind me at the grocery store to get bread,” and the assistant will set up a reminder for you with the location as the next grocery store you go to. Can’t say for sure what Google considers a grocery store and if your Target, for example, would be included. Of course…

I can’t speak for any of the other snubs, as I haven’t seem them, but Patty Jenkins didn’t stand a chance. It’ll be a cold day in hell when a superhero movie is nominated for such award, no matter how great it is.
I did miss the part where you said other than outside - but that’s adding a qualifier that excludes a huge use case.
1) Then why not just unplug it and plug it back in at the new location?
You can buy all the Homes and Minis you want, but it won’t give you portability.
