Autonomous cars are currently under the research division GoogleX. I’d say calling it Google would still be accurate. In 2016 they plan to make the autonomous car division it’s own company under Alphabet, but I would be surprised if that division didn’t have the Google name in it (4 of the 7 divisions already do).
