OK, that's amazing

You've mentioned before that Americans don't want to drive slow cars the "only" do 0-60 in 10 seconds, but let's face it who really takes their car to the max on an on ramp anyway.

When dealing with EVs, those companies need the dealers to be knowledgeable and somewhat passionate about that product and push it as an option to the public. That's part of the reason why Chevy had a hard time with the Volt vs the Prius.

Having the "better car" isn't what wins in the market though. Being able to sell is. I have no doubt that the Model III will be the better car, but with the GM dealer network, brand recognition, and the typical person just knowing what a Chevy is vs. the "unknowns" of Tesla ownership, I wouldn't be surprised to see

You are not actually required to lose your goddamn mind just because snow is falling.

Thank you!

And the Charger is their only large sedan. Chevy already has the Impala, so no point in importing the lower trim Commodores as it'd just be a lower margin vehicle cannibalizing Impala sales.

And the R/T doesn't come close performance-wise.

I'm with you

Oh, but my employer can tell that I was the one that put poopdick.com on all the lobby monitors?

Current R/Ts are still too far away. The performance really isn't that close. Scat Packs will be pretty there, but adding all the options will still put it above the same cost as the SS. With cars out right now, you're going to compare the SRT to the SS.

fit and finish of a Sonic

The C400 may be $49k, but that's lacking many options. Option it out to the SS features, and you're looking at $59,265. Not to mention that's a much smaller vehicle. The E400 STARTS at $63k.

I think somebody started a project like this on the forums, but can't remember who.

Get the Malibu thing a lot. Also get the "but SS what??" all the time.

They are still importing them up until Holden's doors are closed.

You really should sit in both. The SS is enormous once you get inside. The CLA... not so much. I'm about 5'11" and 180... Not large by any means... and could barely fit in the CLA. I tried to fit in the back seat, got half way in and said "nope, not it".
