I understand that Hyundai wants to eventually make Kia their luxury brand, but I just don't think it can be done. Kia's extremely poor image from the past is going to haunt them forever. To succeed, I think Hyundai is going to have to create another brand to get this done.
The Weather Channel aims to mimic the great design Yahoo Weather pioneered, and it does an *okay* job. Its biggest annoyance, however, is the unnecessary stuff in between the useful tiles—gigantic ads, news and video from The Weather Channel, and something called "Social Weather," which I can't imagine I'd ever want.…
