I can relate to this. I'm a car fan, but I have never driven a stickshift. While I understand the concept and method, nobody in my circle, that I know of, owns or drives a manual transmission vehicle. So being able to actually learn it hands-on isn't something that can come easy for me.

Pretty much the same here. Paycheck comes into my debit card checking account, but then AFTs out to two different savings accounts and my bills-only checking account. The only amount left on my debit card account is my designated grocery and 'play' money.

Around me, almost every vehicle you see in the ditch or in an accident is a Subaru, often a Forrester. If it isn't, it's an AWD crossover.

Because FOX changed it with about 7 minutes left in the third quarter to a "more competitive game". Nevermind that it ended up being a one score game at the end capped off by an end-zone interception to seal the game for the Eagles. Never bothered switching back once it became competitive again.

Many states actually require the use of a bike lane if it exists. And also that they ride as far to the right as possible if one does not exist. Don't know about Michigan, but my home NYS is one of these states.

When I was younger, I always said I would never own a wagon or minivan. I'm older now, and would own a wagon once I have kids.
