For me, it's phone. While I've stayed on AT&T for years now, I live in an area where it's either good service, or spots of no service, regardless of the provider. No other carrier has offered a phone to get me to switch, so AT&T is still is.

I'd say it's a close race if you ask me. I can't decide between the two.
