The original was good despite the rabbids content. It’s a shame half the character roster is generic rabbids when there are so much Mario IP to draw from.

Seems neat. However I’m more concerned if we get the seamless transition to battle mode like we had in Legends: Arceus. That alone made the game much more enjoyable than any Pokémon in years. They should really just cut down on the battle messages in general. I can tell if it’s raining or there’s a sandstorm.

This sounds pretty tame compared to Yangus in Dragon Quest 8.

My personal anecdote as someone that just sold a ton of cards through eBay auctions, the cards from the last ~10 years got more and higher bids than the base set/first-gen era cards.

I just browse the DekuDeals website. Has all the eShop information plus pricing history so you can what’s been on sale and predict when sales are going to happen.

Who asked? Not me, but I’m sure some of y’all did and that’s fine.

I expect a couple new Mon reveals. Generic common mammal, bird. A Mon that evolves from an older Mon. Vague details about a game-changing new mechanic. Clip of some NPC characters. Done.

This kind of stuff fell off once they added enough content to the game (around 1.14 IMO). The current base game has more than enough stuff in it to keep you occupied (huge automatic resource farming). It’s still worth using something like say Fabric for QoL and optimization however.

SNES using an emulator on the 3DS or injecting the roms and installing them on your home menu? I’ve only had good experience with injections.

It’s also cool portable that can be posted on social media. Really amazed at the number of people posting pictures of their generic emulator device running Pokemon Crystal.

I looked into various “emulator handhelds” and none seemed to check all the boxes for me. Eventually I settled on doing custom firmware to “jailbreak” a 3DS. Took some work, but it plays everything I want.

Oh boy here we go again. Another article where everybody gonna comment about the use of the term “latinx.

The core gameplay of M+R is great, but I wasn’t able to finish it because of the in-between segments. The brain-dead puzzles, the cut-scenes, the lack of any Mario series representation in the enemies. Rabbids are truly the ugliest characters of gaming.

Is either as good as the stuff I make in my kitchen? :p

Finally! Super Adventure Island VIII for SNES coming to Switch Online.

I’ve found the simplest method if you just want 8-16 bit era gaming on the TV is install homebrew on an old Wii console. The exploit is years old at this point and doesn’t require any hardware modifications. Just follow instructions and load everything on an SD card. The emulators run well enough for NES, SNES, Sega

IDK. Having freely available medical technology that is open sourced, free from DRM, hackable, and with right-to-repair and what not sounds appealing to me.

My hope is that Max floating means she is getting powers like Eleven. The series went on for too long with only one character with superpowers. You had Dustin rocking the wrist-rocket in season one and Steve with a Bat in two, but they really needed an additional magic-user in the party dealing damage so they aren’t

I refuse the apps. I will gladly take more cashier-less ordering machines in the stores however. Easier to customize items or get things a la carte.

Mario+Rabbids has a polished battle system, but the rest of the game can go to hell. The “puzzles” in between each battle are the worst. They’re never difficult, but always tedious and boring. Just let me skip to the actual game please. And then there’s dialogue from the robot roomba thing that guides your party...
