16 MPG is definitely an exaggeration. My 2008 Element SC got anywhere from 19 - 22 MPG on average city driving.

My guess is that it'll be released in 2022. I think development will transfer to the next-gen consoles entirely or if it does come to current-gen consoles it will be a downgraded experience.
