So it seems that the healing only happens when the spell is first cast, it doesn’t stick when the spell continues to work after it’s been cast.

I need the PS4 version to come to the U.S., it looks so beautiful! The only Dragon Quest I’ve played is Dragon Quest Builders, which is a spin off, but I’ll dive into the franchise for XI.

I ate there once about 10 years ago......I don’t dislike their food but I’m sure loving these papercraft (cardboardcraft?) pieces of art, they are fucking beautiful and VERY well done. They should sell that shit or give them away in an adult happy meal and I’d be there every day until I get every single one. lol

Hmm. From that exchange, and if it is in fact unedited, to me Tilda comes off as very mindful of the issue, she’s respectful, and seems to have approached it remarkably. If it was doctored to make her look good, then that’s an issue but if it wasn’t, then it is very heartwarming and inspiring how she handled that.

Like I told someone else, you can add a potion to the spell and it will heal your party instead of hurting them, but it will still hurt the bad guys.

I don’t mind it, it adds to the challenge. I just use Igni’s “Regroup” ability to call them towards him, then I use the magic attack immediately after so that they’re not affected.

Personally it’s one of my favorites in the series. The combat is awesome and really fun while still providing a good challenge.
