The Dreamcast controller is not very different form the Saturn’s 3D Pad, they have an almost identical layout.

The Duke controller was very comfortable (for me anyway). I didn’t think there was anything wrong with it until reports online and on print gaming media kept bashing it and citing the Japanese version of the controller as the better version.
