Consoles do not get better optimized games anymore, because of their hard drives developers rely a lot on post-release patches. If you haven’t noticed how in the past 4 years or so there have been a lot of buggy games released only to be later fixed by countless patches.

I HIGHLY doubt the NEO PS4 will be able to play games in 4K....at most it will be able to play 2K games at a smooth 60 PFS.
