I fucking love how much of a ridiculous princess Mariah is....she’s entertaining to watch. I also love her badly photoshopped social media photos.

The final boss in Metroid Prime felt easier for me than that one mutated space pirate that kept changing which required for the player to switch between every available visor, it was a difficult fight but so much fun and rewarding in the end.

A perfect example of when Samus was given a personality, and was done right, is Metroid Fusion. Fusion is such a gem of a game, definitely one of my favorite games.

This game is pure gold. So freaking beautiful and so refined. The presentation is done so well. The only thing I disliked about the game was the backtracking, which you did mention as a negative factor in your review.

To me it doesn’t really matter. After Zelda: OOT and Majora’s Mask the storylines have been pretty abismal. Thy love their “lather, rinse and repeat” formula.

YES! In case you haven’t noticed Japanese animated films the almost always feature characters with large eyes but the characters are still Japanese. Kusanagi is supposed to blend in and appear human, so if she was not Japanese in appearance while living in Japan she would stick out and draw attention to herself.
