Its not 20 days. Read the blogs on the FTC website. I turned in my documents 11/21, the claims portal confirmed all documents were valid and accepted. Sent to VW on 11/29. Today is 1/8/17. that is over 25 BUSINESS days and nada. I am not the only one with valid papers submitted that have heard squat from VW.
