My daughter has terrible eczema, her allergist recommended Cerave. It is amazing in that it has cut down the amount of steroid creams she needs to apply. She uses the facial cleansers and moisturizers as well. The undereye cream has made a huge improvement in her very sensitive dry skin.

Cetaphil bar soaps for sensitive skin; I’ve also had some luck with natural soaps (olive oil based, non-fragrance) but my overall skin doesn’t have HUGE eczema problems so I’m not sure if I’m recommending useless stuff. You can also try California Baby or a couple of the other baby eczema soaps too?

I’m partial to Cerave brand but cetaphil makes a nonsoap cleanser that works great for my kid. Sams has a huge tub of Cerave cream for $14 so maybe you could find a similar price online?
