Even though I was speaking from a visual point of view, I’m glad it works out for your disability. You should definitely look into an MK6 GTI in 3-door configuration. Lots of headroom in these GTIs and ample space for everything, not to mention, balls-to-wall driving is fun everywhere in a GTI.
Thank you! I need the larger front doors of a 2-door coupe or 3-door hatch to help me lift my wheelchair up into the car. A 4-door is automatically rendered impossible for me. Could you imagine trying to squeeze a wheelchair frame through the front doors of something like an Alfa Guilia or a Mini 5-door?!
