The best skin available is on my rooted Galaxy Nexus that's running a custom AOKP rom. That skin is closely followed by the stock skin straight out of the box. I don't get why these guys mess with stock ICS, those guys at Google know a little bit about what their doing.

Agreed, it's one the first app I loaded after I upgraded to a Nexus this week. Remembering to turn off/on wifi when at home, or silent everything at work, toggle GPS for particluar apps....it's all a necessary part of Android IMO.
