Recently jumped on the keto diet bandwagon, and as a huge sandwich/wrap fan, I was worried about what to make for lunch every day. Found my salvation in collard green leaves. Huge, healthy, and able to contain any sort of filling and condiments. Tried it with taco meat and cauliflower rice and had no issues!
