Well, when Bowie died, I kept saying it was like white Apartheid. It made more sense at the time.

I'm just confused by it. Did no black people die in the 9/11 attacks? I didn't realize it was perceived as something that only affected white people.

Maybe 2016 was just the year they all realized how awesome and complete their lives were.

1999 > 2016

Way to not get pregnant when you were a teenager, asshole!

Jay Nero: Did you hear about this? It seems that Rome is going to stop feeding Christians to rabid dogs. Yeah, apparently even the dogs prefer rat shit.

Nonsense. But maybe a radioactive spider on the back of a larger radioactive spider… on the back of another larger radioactice spider…

Yeah, it's probably safe to assume that every superhero without a healing ability is riddled with cancer.

Or Johnny's for that matter…

Has an explanation ever been given for how Reed Richards's muscles work? Normally, muscles produce tension when they contract which is what moves our bodies around, but how do Reed Richards's muscles produce tension while also having soft rubber-like properties? I don't know how "clearly" he's the mastermind. I guess it depends on what you mean by that. He created Star Wars, but he also had a lot of input from people around him while making New Hope, less so later on

What's interesting is when you compare Phantom Menace to A New Hope with respect to the story beats: Jedi Master meets a young boy on Tatooine who aspires to become a pilot and go on adventures, Jedi Master decides to teach him the ways of the Force, the young boy meets a rescued princess, has chemistry with her, the

I'm also sick of people complaining when sequels are similar to previous entries in the same franchise. No, Force Awakens isn't a "remake" of New Hope. No, Creed isn't a "remake" of Rocky. Stop this. You don't know what remakes are and you don't understand how franchises work.

Force Awakens was co-written by Lawrence Kasdan who wrote The Empire Strikes Back. It's not "fan fiction".

Luke is clearly her father… and Leia is her mother!
