OK, but what does that have to do with my original point that Death Stars are a big visual part of the Star Wars universe and that's why we keep seeing them? That's all that I was saying.
Well, I didn't mean lightsaber duels, I meant lightsabers themselves, the technology, the look of it. It's an icon of the Star Wars universe, like Death Stars, in my opinion.

To me, Death Stars are like backdrops in Star Wars movies. They turned up in two of the original trilogy movies and one of the prequels (and is a plot point in another prequel) and one turns up again in Force Awakens.
