I concur with Jose’s love of the C4. I still dream of owning one in a cherry red, drop-top, and the goofy digital instrumentation.

Zahn McClarnon was also great on Reservation Dogs, as a quite different cop than the cynical Matthias on Longmire. The episode about his character and the murderous “deer woman” was the highlight of s1 to me. 

Zahn McClarnon was great in Westworld. 

I cannot recommend it enough. And while the adventure alone makes it worth it, you may also learn how to navigate without GPS. Through this trip and others I’ve learned how to get across the country without needing a digital voice telling me how to get there.

Funny enough, this site has given me the freedom to do whatever I wanted, and I can’t thank it enough for that. Now, I don’t worry about having all sorts of strings and whatnot stuck to me.

Oh wow.  Can’t wait to see what this next chapter is but also feel like this is a bit of a eulogy for Jalopnik.  There are still some great folk around here (looking at you, Mercedes) but what has kept me coming back despite all the GMG BS is Torch and David.  Good luck to all!

I had been reading Jalopnik for a little while, but I remember making an account to just to comment when Jason’s VW had been spotted after being stolen. I’ll miss Jason’s sense of humor and snark, and I’ll miss David’s penchant for hopeless rust buckets. I hope nothing but the best for you guys!
