Same thing for me in PHX: I actually made fun of myself for having them, but they ARE nice after the gym, hiking, cold mornings, etc. Not sure how I lived almost 40 yrs without them!

I thought buying a used car with heated seats in Phoenix was silly, until that first winter showed up to remind me that in fact, it DOES get cold here during winter mornings.
