Since Jeri points out that he's going to be swarmed with lawsuits for years over it, and he actually has to commit murder directly in order to pull off even the most basic action there, yeah. :)

It clearly intends to say something about that, but is far more show than tell. Which, in turn, limits the level to which it can explore it.
The show moves slow as molasses, yes. It's designed entirely too much to be binged in one sitting, which means only about three episodes do a good job of being stand-alones at all.
Could be, but Mick's got worlds of angst as is. I just can't see them writing Snart off from the Flash permanently, which would be needed if they stuck to time travel plots for him.
That definitely seems to be the case for Danny. As for Matt, her casually beating him with one punch leads one to believe that she simply doesn't think about him in light of him being a threat yet… or she doesn't want to call down the full Chaste by killing him as easily as she seems to be able to.
Banner is surprisingly weak against manipulation and mind control. The Hand could get him to pound sand fairly easily. Only Strange and Thor have any real background that would drag them into the Hand's schemes, and, if it would affect Thor, it's probably too late for anyone else. (since it means the Hand's demon-god…
Yeah, but it seems that one might do a better job hanging with his buddies if he helped them out financially some in the process. Although apparently Luke was getting a Master's Degree in International Studies during the H4H years, so maybe he did? Anyway, the most telling part is when Joy hired them for a job, and…
Very possibly so. It also doesn't hurt that Harold clearly monitors his finances to the point where he'd do something to keep him close if he tried that. Perhaps Harold's rigged it so Ward has to be paying off all these shady characters he's sent out of pocket, or has him on a housing allowance like was set up for…
They do clearly assume that Danny's a lot better at this than he is, however, as Bakuto shows. Plus, they seem to have some plan that requires the use of the Iron Fist, as well.
Yeah… at least twice.
Moreso than the other Netflix series for sure.
He is an American. It helps when you learn how in the heck Danny's family made their fortune… essentially, weird science connected to K'un L'un. Which may or may not be the case on the show…
I have clearly misremembered this scene entirely, down to the nationality of those troops. :)
For sure.
Nah, the Iron Fist is tied explicitly to Shao-Lao.
Timeline, mostly. We know he was the one active at that point.
Harold… may not be particularly sane at this point. And he DEFINITELY thinks he can still control the board, since, despite his death fakery being about 87 different kinds of fraud, he still thinks he can walk in and take over inside of a minute in the next few episodes.
Oh, lord no. Let me make this clear: the show leaves about 87% of its heavy lifting to people trying to figure out how it could work, rather than doing it itself. I'm just used to it by now. :)
I halfway suspected at first that Danny's shares got voted for him by his legal representative… Jeri's mentioned she's not the biggest fan of the Meachums…
But it may well be entirely too much for a TV budget.
