I'm really loving this show. Turns out "ridiculous town comedy" is one of my trigger elements for a sitcom, which I don't think I totally realized before this.

I suspect that whatever reality alterations are made will result in him being alive again, as will be the case for Thawne as well.
It's not hard to be most improved when you start where Legends was at beforehand, but yeah, it's been spectacular.
I think the part of this I love the most is that it means that either Jax or Stein has bothered to memorize the exact chemical composure of jellybeans.
I definitely got that impression too. He's certainly a fairly benign version at the moment, though.
It wasn't as good as it sounds. Mostly because they refused to let him and Mon-El be delightful at the same time.
Worth the price of admission just to see J'onn, Cisco, and Wally team up to take down the Music Meister. While I do have a friend who negatively compared the episode to Cop Rock, I loved it. Brightest point of my evening, in fact.
It pretty well locked it down as my second favorite episode of the season by itself.
Dead on description of Danny, although I don't quite read either of those things about Colleen.
Took me a while to realize that they WEREN'T going for that every time she's in the shot.
That's true.
In some cases, I thought that may be a stylistic choice, like with the drunken master in order to sell Danny's surprise at how he fights better.
Episode 8, with the Drunken Master… some of Jones' reaction shots to his moves, especially throwing the bottle at him, look awfully surprised, way moreso than you'd think was intended. I thought they may have left him intentionally unprepared there, to sell that reaction better when I heard that he had almost no prep…
I'm still trying to figure out why in the hell anyone thought this was a good idea at any stage of the process. I refused to believe it until someone actually sent me a link to the scans. I'm hoping that it gets ignored utterly, or, barring that, we get Skrull Mockinbird back from the dead, since her ghost at least…
I'm just waiting for Brainiac 5 to show up…
It's nice to see someone actually HURT Danny after the complete lack of any challenge to date. I can agree about the editing.
No, I mean episode 6, the next episode. The fight with Bride of Nine Spiders was a nice change-up from what we've seen to date, and the concluding battle with what I assume is Zaran the Weapons Master at the end isn't bad either.
Me too. Especially since we got to see footage of him in action in full Iron Fist regalia in episode ten.
Well, she specifically said that Bakuto never told her THAT, but it explains why she's been willing to hear him out thus far, and why she suddenly warmed up out of the blue. (Bakuto would know who Danny is at this point, since he's been obsessively looking for Iron Fists since he got that footage of Orson Randall…
Thanks so much!
