There is something about the mineral content in the water in NYC that makes the breads better. It’s a fact. All things the same the NYC breaded food is gonna come out better every time.

I have no opinion either way. I do wish NY would quit jerking itself raw over itself (Bagels, Pizza, every television show). Same with Hollywood and LA.
