It would be neat if you could collaborate with strangers too. Like, open it up to whoever else is online, and see what happens.

@Kiri Komori: Smilies and a mouse-made manga drawing made~ Took a while ;o
@chaimc: yea, I noticed that, shame
@Kiri Komori: The problem is if all the drawers leave it clears the drawing.
@solloron1: Google Wave is already painfully slow. Imagine if they have to send pictures as well as text.
@solloron1: I'm surprised it hasn't been already...it sure would fit in nice
@dchall8: Why buy a company when they've released the Wave Gadget API? This is already available! :)
so when is this getting implemented in google wave :)
Any idea on the approach they use for the Real Time Collaboration? [en.wikipedia.org]
@computermix: This was posted 4 hours ago. Give Google time to buy the company first.
@pale_blue_eyes: Awwww, I see my mistake. It only maintains the drawing as long as it's open in a browser. As soon as you leave the page or close the tab, it clears the drawing.
@computermix: You know... my first thought when I saw this post listed on the front page was "I'm so going to post about how Google Wave should implement something like this."
Google Wave should implement this.
Maybe I missed something critical, but I started a drawing and then shared it on Facebook as a collaborative experiment. When I immediately clicked the link to return to the drawing, however, the slate was clean again. :o/
