Mainly I’d just say go to the Air and Space and Natural History on the early side - they get really packed with kids, particularly during the summer. They are great museums though! Also stop by the archives - I feel like it doesn’t get as crowded as some of the other museums. If you have A LOT of extra time to kill

I was shocked at how much I loved it and how quickly I read it, but it broke my heart. I had no idea that any of that even happened, which is also so upsetting.

That almost makes me feel a bit better. I thought I was just gaining tons of weight and was really down on myself about it, which I know I shouldn’t be, but still.

I’m glad to hear! I was kind of shocked they were able to poach the chef (pun intended) from the Native American museum because he had built such a name for himself there - but I’m glad Sweet Home is doing well and is as good as all the rave reviews say it is.

That does sound delightful, but I can also see how you might want to privately (and not condescendingly) eye roll about it. I love books as much as the next regular person but nowhere near as much as my librarian friends. They have given me a new found appreciation for them though so I will always appreciate them -

Well there are definitely all the smithsonians, but on top of that there is the National Museum of Women in the Arts which is excellent. There is the National Arboretum that doesn’t get visited as much so if the weather is nice it’s definitely worth exploring. If you want you can go kayaking at the Georgetown

I just did that last week with The Killers of Flower Moon. I returned it almost immediately though because there is a really long waiting list at my library and seeing it on my desk for the 2 extra weeks would’ve made me feel guilty (these are the kinds of emotions I now feel that one of my best friends has become a

Ahhh DC is the best. I moved away from there last month and I miss it terribly. How long will you be there, where are you staying, what are you looking to do?

Try Hoola from Benefit.I got it in a beauty box earlier this year and I’ve loved it so far. I’m pairing it with the highlighter I use and it’s really subtle and just gives me a summer glow and doesn’t make me look at all like Trump. I will definitely buy the full size of it when I run out.

Hey Jezzies - I asked this during the last SNS but it was kinda late and I’m not sure anyone saw it. I desperately need Birth Control help!

Try Soma! I have a D or DD depending on the bra and the bras are super comfortable and definitely at a good price point.

That is exactly the flying experience I want.

Oh noooo! That is true that they aren’t standard across the line which is annoying and makes it difficult to buy online. When I need jeans I go in and take one of every single pair in my size and just hope for the best. It’s super annoying but more often than not I can find a pair that fits (as opposed anywhere else).

Have you tried American Eagle? They have different lengths for their jeans and in some brands I need to buy the long version of the pants but with AE I don’t have to - which makes me think their long’s are good for someone 5'10 and over. I’m 5'8 but with an unusually ridiculous ratio of leg/chest so even though I am

I like a thinner lotion for the am as well and cetaphil does wonders. I just use this https://www.cetaphil.com/moisturizing-lotion in the morning with the rest of my routine and it’s super light and isn’t greasy or anything. Really any of the moisturizers are like that, if I’m going to be out in the sun a lot I use

This makes me think Jez should bring back thighlights.

I really liked Lily James in it. I think I’ve only seen her in Downton Abbey where she didn’t particularly stand out (she wasn’t bad just not overly memorable in a huge cast), but I thought she was great in this movie.

I went and saw Baby Driver in the middle of the afternoon by myself at a movie theater that served beer - so that was pretty excellent. I also had the forethought to bring in my own snacks so I could have alllll the sour candies.

Charmed is an American treasure so I think you are celebrating splendidly.

It is so frustrating that this is one of the most ignored parts of the paid leave debate. It is not just about moms (and dads) who need time off work for whatever reason. So many people need to take time off to help care for a loved one and that is so wildly important and should be a larger part of the debate as a
