I heard him interviewed on Fresh Air and he was great. That book has been on my to-read list ever since. I am pretty excited about it. My family isn’t from Appalachia but we are from the deep south and a lot of what he was saying resonated with me.

I took the GREs on Friday and wanted to immediately come home and turn off my brain. This was my immediate go-to movie, and was so excited when I found out it was streaming on Starz. It’s just so heartwarming and entertaining, plus Toni Collete is a complete gem.

You can change that feature! I hated having to press down on the screen - such a small thing but so annoying - so you can actually turn it off so it’s just like it was before.

Something like this happened to me once! I lost my phone on a walk and had been frantically calling it for a day when a woman was out walking her dog - heard it ringing in the grass and answered it! She then arranged for me to come get it from her later that day. It was so nice of her.

I was just there two days ago. It was incredibly beautiful and they do a lot to take safety into consideration. But, there are always people going over to the edge and taking photos. I watched one woman climb down a bit to get a better photo and I just stood there in shock. I am incredibly clumsy and prone to falling…

I somehow stumbled upon an old Lindy West dirtbag and oh god how I miss those days. They were so great and I took them for granted :(.
