Just an FYI, every driver who has their own profile has to agree to the same settings (if one driver agrees to the enabling the settings it doesn’t apply to every driver profile), and unless you sit exactly in the same seating and mirror position you have to setup your own profile.

My Tesla model 3, unless you put a weight on the steering wheel, you get nagged pretty frequently if you are not holding the steering wheel.

Why?  You have to agree to the settings before you can use them and they state right there that the system is not fully autonomous.  What did Tesla do here that requires for them to be sued?
