The poor man is clearly in shock. How the airline can think that what they did was reasonable, is just beyond me. He’s a paying passenger and had every right to refuse to leave. They shouldn’t have overbooked the damn flight and expected that he’d want to “volunteer” - what the hell.

I would’ve yelled at him to close his fucking newspaper and stop being an asshole. #1 That’s no way to speak to a lady. #2 You have as much right to space as he does. :)
