I thought the show had good one-liners, but I felt it was really missing something. It wasn't until reading this that I realized it was the direction, and I feel it's like you were supposed to KNOW the characters from the get-go like, "Here's the shy one! She has the shy jokes!" or something like that.

I didn't think the show was that bad. Well, for the first couple of weeks it was, but I thought it improved over the past few weeks. It's pretty lame that they were promised 5 more episodes, but then got yanked away from them.
