The way I understood the article, netherworld marriages don’t involve grave robbing. However criminals trying to cash in on these old traditions involve grave robbing. Or were you actually thinking that being a criminal was a “chinese fucked up backward ass tradition”?

I mean, in some western countries you have a holiday where kids dress up as mutilated or murdered bodies, houses are decorated with fake skulls and candy is made to look like body parts. No but seriously, I repeat myself every year: Halloween is a holiday for messed up people.

I don’t think it is a racist remark per se and I don’t understand why you didn’t simply say it instead of the comment you did make. That comment makes it sound like the Chinese deserves a racist remark thrown at them because of this story, and you only refrained from making the remark because it would not be ‘proper’.…
