Okay even with this argument Laurel is not dynamic either and I find her way more annoying than Felicity ever is. Also I just feel like there is so much messed up and toxic baggage with Laurel and Oliver that it wouldn't work and that them as friends works so much better, Although I admit I was never much of a Laurier

I actually really liked that small part with Laurel and Quentin after finding out about William which is saying something because usually Laurel getting emotional can be annoying. And Damien saying "that was unexpected" was amazing almost entirely because of the line delivery.

I was also really hoping for a punch to the face.

I would be so down to have Thea save the day. Actually for a good portion of last season I was really hoping she'd defeat Ra's. Even though I knew she wouldn't cause it's not her show it would have been awesome and worked well with a lot of the thematic stuff they were doing. Like Oliver having to accept her losing

Seriously she can make me feel things and forget how insane what she's actually saying is.

I always love her yelling at Malcolm cause she's great and also pretty much the only one to fully call him on all his shit. She may be small but she is mighty. Also her shooting someone while upside down on a motorcycle was awesome and super badass.

Not input but at least for him to let her know that he's even making a decision.

I mean it is on the CW so pretty much everyone is super attractive. But the good thing with this casting decision is that she can also act.

Yep, I think the key is that she said she understood his decision, but she was frustrated that again she had to find out by accident as opposed to him telling her about this huge decision he was making let alone asking for her advice/opinion. It wasn't that she wanted to make the decision but that he didn't even think

Yeah, it also wouldn't feel true to character to have her sit around not telling him and staying with him when she realizes that she can't be with him anymore. And from a more practical standpoint, it would have difficult and weird to add in another scene to the episode.

This is the most accurate sentence.

Agreed for multiple reasons but especially cause for one they could have gotten more story out of her recovery but also in that moment I kept thinking about how her muscles would be atrophied and she definitely wouldn't be able to walk. All I could think was "you don't know that's going to keep working and your

First off, Vixen was great and her powers are super awesome. Secondly as much as I hate the William story for pretty much the reasons stated above, at least it's pretty much over with and they did a better job this week than last. Also though gotta say Stephen Amell did a really good job with the video goodbye scene.

Same, I knew it wasn't good but I did it anyway. I've also watched a number of very questionable movies.

I was so predisposed to love this episode because of Jason Mantzoukas being in it but I was so happy that it was actually really solid. Looking forward to even more of him because he's really not in enough things.

Nick "started from the bottom now I'm here" was gross and very funny.

I'm dubious of this idea but love SMG forever because of Buffy that I'm always excited when she's in something and will literally give anything a show if she's in it.

I got so frustrated with Jarvis tonight. Not only am I so sick of dudes constantly lying to the women they care about in superhero stories but it's so much worse when the secret is literally about her body. Ugh I usually love Jarvis but could not deal with him here. Like yeah what you're wife needs right now after all

The thing that makes these worse is that there are other properties with grittier heroes that actually really work (Jessica Jones, Daredevil) but Snyder seems to just think gritty and dark equals good but he forgets about actually having characters and developing relationships. Brooding heroes and smashing buildings

Seriously the amount they remind us he is the fastest or loves going fast is ridiculous. Like we get it, stop saying it every time he's on the screen.
