The bike I have is a recumbent model; I've not seen any replacement seats for it, or I'd have done it already :D

I'm threatening to build my own treadmill using skate bearings and rollers to eliminate the drag that makes the motors buzz. I'm also considering using a DC motor with an Arduino PWM speed control, and

I think that if you're thinking of a walking desk as "working out", you're probably doing it wrong. This conceptualizes motion as a separate activity called a "workout" rather than incorporating motion into one's sedentary lifestyle. A postal worker isn't "exercising" or "working out" when they're delivering the mail.

Crap, forgot about that. Some planes have that half-assed tray that folds out of the armrest, but that's it.

Ya me too. It feels so productive a lot of the time tho.

They generally have tray tables that swing up and out from between the seats, at least on international flights. If the video consoles are on the backs of the seats in front, they can be a little hard to see, though (I usually load up the iPad with movies anyway). And if sleep is your objective, you shouldn't be too

Any row that does not have an exit row behind it should be able to recline. The last row in each cabin may not be able to or may have limited recline.

That's a fair point - One of the things Eat This Much does is take leftovers into account, so everything you make gets consumed in the timeframe before your next shop, so there's something good there. It may not be 100%, but it's better than a lot of other similar services.

In Coeur d'Alene Idaho if a police officer approaches a vehicle and suspects that the occupants are engaging in sex, he must either honk, or flash his lights and wait for three minutes before approaching the car. Gotta love Idaho hospitality.

I collect dust. My wife collects spider webs.

It's pretty, I'll give it that, but when I choose the "vegan" option and they recommend I eat a ham and cheese sandwich for lunch, I think that perhaps they might want to refine their recommendations a BIT more :)

No. Because:

Not just no, but hell no.

hexed13 I think it would make more sense if you just used it where it made sense, you know? Not necessarily interspersed through the whole conversation, but only at points where it seems applicable or can be a signal to begin or conclude a conversation. Anyway, good point hexed13, thanks for sharing it!

I was going to make a similar point, but rather waking up to natural sunlight is also good for you.

A Jawbone UP fitness tracking band that you wear on your wrist has a vibrating alarm as well as a bunch of great features.

My bed is comfy but I'm afraid if I make my bedroom a mecca of sleep I won't take my ass to work in the morning.

My Fiat just went off warranty, so I'll comment here too! :)

My husband mostly drives the FIAT but what I love about it is the feel and drive. Especially in sport mode, which I don't use often due to fuel efficiency. But it's just a nice little car. We can generally fit what we need in there with the seats down, although not the dog, who gave the impression of veal when we

Hmm, I've been around that word my entire life. I wonder if it's a regional thing. I know in my house we had flatware and silverware. We only broke out the silverware for fancy occasions.

I did not read the Design55 link yet, but I did not see it mentioned here. Color (and a lot of these "feelings\emotions" that they show a link or connection with can be affected by region or cultural bias. Reds in the western world are often held or tied to different feelings in the eastern world.
