It probably helps that she hasn't lived in the UK for a while. When I'm in GA, I sound so Georgian. When I'm in Texas, I get so Texan. When I'm in California, I get that ridiculous flat, vocal fry that you see in the SNL 'Californians' sketch.

The TMZ comments section is a cesspool of racism, homophobia, transphobia and Obama bashing, it's no surprise their poll results line up with most of the users beliefs.
Most of the people who live in the comments on TMZ are not exactly self or socially aware beings.
if it makes you feel any better, think of it in context. people like you and me (aka reasonable non racist folk) are not gonna be lining up to vote.
Meh, since it's TMZ, I would bet most of those are people who think they're being clever or funny for voting no even though they probably don't believe it.
Yes, I understand that. But what does it mean, exactly?
I don't either. Could someone please translate for those of us outside New England/the glow of Bill Belichick?

He devotes a ton of the time in his special to feminism and to women in general. He never asked for a free pass on anything because he didn't do anything wrong. He asks that instead of…
I'm still not sure why you're trying to find negativity in this. So the guy has admitted he's learned something and is continuing to learn, and there's a problem?
Did you even read the article above?
I get what you're saying about people who are generally on feminism's side not being beyond reproach, but this "true ally" shit has got to stop. I am telling you, as a guy, even when we understand there are problems and treating women equally is the only reasonable way to behave, it takes a long-ass time to really…
Whatever, man. He's a male public figure who's using his fame as a platform to talk about/promote gender equality, a thing he really believes in. His whole show conveyed the earnest and sincere sentiment of "Listen, (male) guys, feminism is a legitimate thing". Like this dude:
Duggars have pissed off this cat.
