The "Actually, Marcia Clark is totally awesome" narrative of the past year has been one of the bigger over-corrections in recent memory.

Yeah, I have no trouble believing that once you stumble upon someone so apparently guilty as Naz, that most cops would call it. Any effort from that point would be all about accumulating more evidence against him.

I’m not sure I agree with the idea that Chandra has previously been portrayed as competent. She had been portrayed and young and in over her head. Her first big character beat was advising Naz not to take the plea offer, even though they had him dead to rights at that point and the two more experienced defense

I’m fine with it. Feinberg is good and Nolan is bad, so it’s pretty much a wash.

Always thought this movie was underrated.

To be fair, people saying "Oh yeah… that show" still counts as a legacy.

We don't win anymore.

So they'll make two sequels called Ocean's Nine and Ocean's Ten, thereby confusing everybody into thinking that the guy trilogy is a sequel to the lady trilogy.

Seeing as how (unlike the OJ season) Murphy will be running the writers room, I will be very skeptical about this.

Huh, all this time I had just been assuming people played field hockey using regular hockey sticks. I’m assuming there’s gotta be some reason they force them to play with those baby sticks, but damn if I can think of it.

For Littlefinger's platform, they list "Innovation in Transportation."

He's listed as Cersei's running mate.

Weird, even though Hanks is a producer on the movie and he's clearly in it, the trailer doesn't namedrop him.

My favorite part about these kinds of movies is the "Why is there a white guy here?" exposition of the first ten minutes.

He had the biggest hit of his career (and got an Oscar nod) less than a year ago.

Hot take: I'm very much looking forward to this movie.

Glad to meet a fellow Alexander fan.

Yeah, that segment went great. The concept (wrestler as gossip journalist) seems like a much better executed version of that awful shit they were trying out with Adam Rose a few months back. They can get a lot of mileage out of this, as Rollins just keeps using those segments to advance his preferred narrative.
