We’ve gone google at my work/school; so for me super helpful. But we also use TB & O when needed; but with gmail as the backend it can act squirrely. Macros for reports out of Excel and similar FTW. O shortcuts are super helpful as well. =D

I’ve had my email account since beta days for both work and home. I really wish there was a reliable way to export just the labels to help with spring cleaning. I have had a few different positions where I work (14yrs of email - cannot delete) - some labels I don’t use anymore. I had different structures in my labels…
