I just came here to say, as I have in every other THPS article -

I actually mostly played it on Dreamcast, but I played enough on friends’ Playstations. It really wasn’t jarring going back and forth, it was just that smoothly done.

I dream of a SSX Tricky remaster

This was my take from the demo. I cannot wait to demolish these games again.

Somehow, I never got into the THPS series, and since they are never ever going to release a remastered SSX Tricky, this sounds like a great way to fill that hole in my heart.  Very excited it lived up to expectations.

Alright, let me get this straight: Is it literally, more or less, just the exact same game but with new visuals? Like, if I played this on PSX back in the day, it’s going to feel like I’m playing it all over again, but pretty?

I’m definitely excited to play it.  I got started on THPS 2 and then pretty much all the sequels, so it will be interesting to play levels from the first game for the first time.
