It’s supposed to warm up again later this week, so it seems like summer isn’t quite done with us yet. I’m okay with that. It hasn’t been a particularly warm summer to this point and I’m not eager for the rain to start.

The weather here in Britain is at that awkward point where the nights and mornings are chilly, but afternoons are still hot and sunny. This caught me out yesterday when I took a trip fossil-hunting, and slow-cooked my skin before I realised I should’ve put sunblock on. Oh well, I found an ammonite, so it wasn’t a bad…

I am so ready for autumn, and that’s nothing to do with COVID.  I’m just not a spring/summer person, never have been.  It’s been at least marginally cooler here the past few days, and rainy for two of them.  What I’m really looking forward to is when it’s actually cold at night and I can finally get some decent…

Gotta figure out how to find some low-population apple picking spots. The place we usually go has the lines down to a science, and they also have a good selection of interesting varieties of apples, so even if it’s just grab-a-bag-and-go, that’s better than nothing.

The weather in New England has been so nice the past few days. There’s still opportunity for summer to do something nasty to us, but hopefully it stays on the cool, dry side. It’s nice to be able to, I dunno, stand up or move slightly and not risk breaking into a sweat.

Roblox has saved mine and my kids sanity.

I’ve had the worst luck on Block Party as of late; I get the wrong side of the physics stick when everyone's trying to hop over the beams at once and I always end up caught on the beam and pushed to my doom.

Cant wait to finally check out B&T3, just waiting for an ideal day to marathon the whole series because that would be most triumphant.

Bill and Ted vs Death is the best scene in the movie.

I don’t watch a lot of movies. In fact, the last movie I went out of my way to see was “This Is The End” because the premise seemed really fun.

I wanted to watch this, but my partner hasnt seen either of the other Bill and Ted movies, so we watched the first one instead. I haven’t seen it in many years, but I think I prefer the second one between the two.

Been doing the Hoplite dailies for a couple years now; great way to warm up the brain the morning.  The free Flow dailies are solid also.

Is that event new? I’ve never seen that as a final round.

Am I missing something? This looks insanely easy.

A few months ago the hooks of Marvel Puzzle Quest got wedged deep into me. I probably spend a total of at least 30 minutes a day playing now, but I’m past the phase where I actually (for the first time in my life) spent real money for the game.

Trying to play Sundered on Switch (liking it so far). Trying not to think about Chadwick’s passing. So many shitty people are alive but he has to die?!

I was into Final Fantasy Brave Exvius for a while, but I've not really gotten into mobile games beyond that. I still need to wrap up Chrono Trigger from earlier this year, but the best portable gaming has always been the gameboy. Nothing comes to it when i just need something easily digestible.
