This was my exact thought process too. The trailer is oddly charming! Some of the conceits don’t look entirely awful! There is a not-zero chance I might even see it in theaters instead of waiting for it to hit Netflix.

Jamaica and Panama were the underdogs of the entire tournament. Very fun teams to root for. Admittedly, I was pulling for Panama because their goalkeeper Yenith Bailey is AMAZING, but they still have a chance to qualify if they beat Argentina in the playoff.
